Norclave is a Canadian consultancy focused on a single problem: giving enterprises and public institutions the benefits of modern AI without giving up control of their data, their infrastructure or their accountability.
Why we exist
The gap between AI's promise and what institutions can actually use.
The most capable AI services are delivered as public cloud APIs. For many organizations — government departments, health authorities, banks, law firms, critical-infrastructure operators — that model doesn't fit. Their most valuable information is exactly the information they can't send to a third party.
Open-weight models have changed what is possible. Organizations can now run highly capable AI on infrastructure they control. But doing it well takes more than installing a model: it requires secure integration with existing systems, governance that satisfies auditors, and people who know how to use and maintain it.
Norclave exists to deliver all of that — the infrastructure, the integrations, the controls and the training — as one accountable engagement.
